Rachel Gilbert offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and branded boxes are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
